Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Connexxa Networks reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Orders placed with Bank Wire or Interac e-Transfer are placed on hold until the payment is received and cleared.

Orders of devices offered at a discounted price and tagged “on sale” are final.

Shipping Policy

Accepted and confirmed orders are processed within 2 business days, except for weekends and statutory holidays. Orders will be fulfilled based on the date of the order. When the product is ready for shipping, you will receive an email notification with the shipping details.

In-store pickups are not allowed.

Our courier options are Purolator or UPS selected by us based on delivery location. However, Connexxa Networks reserve the right to use any other courier service in order to maintain an adequate delivery time.

Courier shipping is not allowed for P.O.Box or remote location. We consider remote locations any place North of:

  • Kamloops for BC;
  • Edmonton for AB;
  • Prince Albert for SK;
  • Winnipeg for MB;
  • Timmins for ON;
  • Saguenay for QC;
  • St. John’s for NL;
  • Also, no courier service for NT, YU, NU and Labrador (Canada Post Xpresspost only)

If you choose the courier option regardless of this notice, your parcel will be shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost.

Please note that we ship in Canada only, no exceptions.

Canada Post Expedited: 2-6 business days.

Purolator: 1-4 business days

Remote locations or P.O. Box can be served only via Canada Post.
